Step 1 — Select Your Dates & Submit your booking inquiry
Choose your check-in and check-out based on availability and submit your booking inquiry.

Step 2 — Reserve Your Stay
Once your inquiry has been approved, Secure your unit with a $199 reservation fee that will go towards your stay along with a $1000 refundable security deposit.
(This locks your dates and removes the unit from the market.)

Step 3 — Confirm & Prepare
A member from our team will confirm your monthly rate and unit info. 

You’ll receive your booking confirmation, invoice for remaining monthly payments, and next steps.
1st month balance is due prior to arrival.
